He has written two books: Real Estate Exchange and Acquisition Techniques, and Handbook for the Financial Analysis of Real Estate Investments.
For around $60, you can pick up a copy of Bill Tappan’s Book: Real Estate Exchange and Acquisition Techniques. He introduces a spin on an existing technique of no/low money down utilizing tax-free exchanges. You may pick up a copy if you’re looking to learn how to negotiate in some specialized financial techniques while keeping an eye on the legal ramifications of utilizing such info. Because the book is out of print you may be able to find a copy on Amazon for eBay. That would be my suggestion if you have to get your hands on it.
