Russ Whitney (Real Estate) Research

Russ Whitney Inner Voice Seminar

This was a slippery slope investigation for me.  The web is extremely polarized on who Russ Whitney is…who he was and what he is all about. After days of research, I have been able to come up with a picture that makes sense of it all….at least for me.

Maybe it will for you too. I am the Real Estate Spy. My goal is to get to the bottom of the gurus and the hype and come out on the other side with great information that helps you. I have done it all in real estate…bought it all, lost it all, bought it all again. You can read more about me here.

But the purpose of this post is to tell you the good, the bad and the ugly, and I’ve got a doozy for you.

Ron Legrand System Success

From the moment I began researching Ron Legrand I have to say he is totally my speed in his delivery. He is as about as down-to-earth as you can get.

He was a tradesman. He says that he loves a good hamburger way more than steak. He loves smoking cigars and listening to country music and jazz. But he doesn’t drink. As mentioned as a tradesman, he lived a life of an auto mechanic.

I personally find him highly relate-able. He isn’t your typical smooth operator. You know what I’m talking about. That smooth silver-tongued businessman who speaks well and tell everyone how wonderful they are just to flip you over and drain your pockets of every bit of cash that you have.

Worst yet, you don’t even see it coming.

Rich Dad Education: Real Estate Investing

The Rich Dad Poor Dad Book quickly became one of the most impacting books I ever read. So, if you are asking the question does this guy have something to say worth listening to?

Oh yeah…

rich dad poor dad seminars

(You can go to Amazon to pick up any books from this author you need.)

I remember picking up his book for the first time. It was in an airport. It was a small book store outside of the gate where I was about to leave for the millionth time.  I was so tired of traveling all the time for my job.  You know the drill….the alarm goes off at that god awful time… you are so tired but you know you gotta get on with it.

I remember being so tired, I laid down on the bathroom floor while the shower warmed up.  Of course, I fell right back to sleep and woke up because the humidity level in the bathroom was rising to epic proportions. I was tired of it all, and with that the seeds of desire for another life had been sewn into fertile ground.

So back to the early morning airport scene (everyone is still grouchy), I was standing there with my laptop case strap draped over my shoulder, and I picked up the book to thumb through it. I didn’t even know who the author was.

Then like the old commercial that presented Coast “the Eye Opener,” My eyes popped open and I began to consume the information as if it were crack cocaine. (not saying I ever tried crack…just for the record).  Seriously this was a bag dropper. You know what that is?

Armando Montelongo Review and Market Domination Discussion

———-

“The economy doesn’t dictate your income, your strategies and education dictate your income.” -Armando Montelongo

Overall Armando Montelongo demonstrates unique creativity in business and in life. He currently runs a company called Armando Montelongo Companies  based out of San Antonio Texas.

live event

Background:

Back in 2005 Armando started investing in real estate and also holding real estate investing seminars.  It wasn’t until he was featured on the show called Flip this House (San Antonio) that he became a household name.  His success on the show as well as his demonstration of creativity attracted a large following.

Currently Armando runs his own YouTube channel where he teaches market domination. His idea and core concept is that you can go out and effectively make money in real estate wherever you are. He teaches you how to identify the right properties. He also teaches you how to negotiate with those individuals who own the properties to come out with a deal that makes the student money as well as helps the individual who is in distress or needs to sell.

I do have to say this guy is one of the most creative entrepreneurs I have ever encountered.

He is absostinkinglutely spectacular. He’s brilliant. He is a brilliant marketer. I have to say hats off to the guy. I believe he has exploited every aspect of his talent imaginable. And when I use the word exploit I actually mean this in a positive light.

Heck, he’s got you here right? You are researching his system because you want to make a change to your life. I mean, I don’t know you, but I know about you. Because I was you.

Why should you listen to me? Uh… because I was right where you are now and managed to lose everything in the real estate game.

Dean Graziosi

(photo credit: Google Search)

Let’s talk about Dean Graziosi Real Estate Investor and Trainer

You know, I love this guy’s style.

As your Real Estate Spy, let me tell you what I know.

Dean Graziosi basically teaches you how to do real estate investments without bringing your own money to the table. He teaches you to create and build a buyers list and a sellers list. Then, he teaches you how to broker the deal. You operate in between the two lists for a sweet commission of $5,000 to $10,000.

Just a note and compliment: He does brilliant marketing with his YouTube videos and online presence.

Dean helps you learn how to

  • Make sense of the MLS (Multiple Listing);
  • Rally REOs or real estate that is owned by banks;
  • Take Advantage of Tax deeds;
  • Penetrate Pre-foreclosures;
  • Capture Craigslist listings
  • Resource Real estate investment clubs,
  • Activate Auctions for yourself,
  • And  some other ninja ways to find great deals.

Throught that he suggests you find cash buyers. You simply leverage your time for their cash. If you can bring them the deals they want, they will buy and they will cut you in. At least that’s the concept.

But you always have to ask the question how is Dean making money? Certainly in real estate, right? Of course, but there is another way that he is making money, and it is right in front of you. :)

I know you know, but I want you to reaaaaaally know.

< Sorry I’m reworking my video.>

What’s up guys, Paul here.  First, I wanna address the yellow elephant in the room: yes, my domain name really is SterlingAllJewellery.com.  And no, what I’m talking about has nothing to do with jewelry.

It seemed like a good idea at the time, and it was a move that an internet marketing “guru” told me to make.  It was purely a strategic marketing move to speed up the traffic to the blog, and in some ways really underscores why I writing this and why we need to go in “eyes wide open,” when we seek out advice and direction.  If I would have known how many people would spend their time here, I would have avoided that move. At this point changing it would send a shock to the search engines that it might not recover from, and would keep people like you from getting access to this information. So, I’m gonna let it be.

My commitment to you as your ‘Real Estate Spy’ I’ll be doing my best detective work, researching, analyzing and reviewing all the top real estate investment courses, coaches, gurus, programs, books, seminars, strategies — you name it, the Real Estate Spy can claim it.

Which brings me to another admission I wanna get off my chest.  See, I believe in full transparency.  So if I’ve got a slight ulterior motive here?  I want you to know about it.  Here goes: I could honestly care less about making money with real estate.  It’s not my thing (right now).  I’m only writing about it for you.  Because I know it’s the best way to get in front of you and share my message, and if you’re reading this… well, apparently, it worked.

So what’s my message, right?  It’s simple: there’s a better way.  You don’t have to risk money you don’t even have, deal with daily stress that takes years off your life, and play Russian Roulette with the housing market — all in hopes of… maybe… months from now… making a $25,000 profit, only to have to go through the whole messy process again and again to try to inch your way towards a six-figure income.
