A Look at Bobby Blair and Real Estate Investing

Hey…thanks for dropping by!

My name is Paul. You can call me the Real Estate Spy. It’s my James Bond, alter ego that is way better than I am in real life.

Today, I am taking a look at Robert Blair and his activities in REI.

Look, I don’t know good ole Bobby and much of what I have found online (if it’s true) is a bit underwhelming.

But even if his only weakness was kryptonite, I’d skip.

Why?

Charlie and Randy France and Bob Meister Programs, Products and More

Today our subjects under the spotlight are Charlie and Randy France.

Before I get to that, I want to talk about you. Let’s make this relevant.

Why are you here? I can prob guess. You’re sick of the endless gag reflex provoking pointlessness of working for someone else. yeah… that freakin’ 9-5 . . . the endless grill and grind. It serves a purpose but when it owns ya, it sucks. You know…The getting up at 5:30, stumbling for coffee, machining through the day, collapsing in front of the tube, hitting the sack, and starting all over again.

You’d like to parachute out of that scene, and you’re thinking real estate investing might be the ticket out, but make sure you’re not tethered to a bungee cord ’cause making a mistake in REI might just be the quickest ticket back to the same rut you were hopin’ to jump out of.

Or….MAYBE you’re already doing some REI stuff, but you want to ramp up your game. So you’re here to check out people who look like they’ve made it and see what you can learn or buy to get yourself to the next level.

Well, I’m glad you’re here. Today’s review has some information that you might find helpful, especially in regards to Subject-To real estate deals.

But I also want to warn you that real estate investing can be really tough. I’ll tell you a bit about my story, and then I promise, we’ll get to the review that you came here for.

I used to be sold out to real estate investing. I thought it was my ticket to financial freedom. For a while, I did well, and I was flying high.

Then it all crashed down and I lost my shirt. And my shoes. And everything else.

Then I met a guy named James (more info on him here), and I got into something that was a lot less risky with a higher reward.

The video below explains it all. Would you take 3 minutes and watch it? It could make a huge difference for you, because you might just choose to throw your lot in with us instead of the real estate thing.

After the video you’ll find the review you came here for. Whatever route you take, I want to thank you for visiting my site!

< Sorry I’m reworking my video. In the meantime check out our Apply for a video from James.

Paul aka Real Estate Spy taking a fresh peak at Martineau’s course… All good courses should offer you what you are looking for and give you a competitive advantage over the next guy… but can Martineau deliver?

Or are you a bit wet behind the ears as far as real world practice, but you have definitely spent your time in the Real Estate Seminar Solitary?

A Look at Jane Garvey and Her Guideance

How’s it going?

Today, I have been doing a little investigating to find out a little more about Jane Garvey. I give her two thumbs up for her advice in the real estate investing arena.

Does that mean I gonna chase down the next flip/rental like an eager cheetah on adderall?

Nope….Why?

-Enter James.

After losing my “you know what” in real estate, he helped recover and do what the gurus are doing rather than chase down revolutionary real estate ideas from the next best guru.

Seriously, you gotta hear this….Silence everything for the next 3 min and 2 sec.

The video explains everything.

After you watch it, I invite you to enjoy the review.

< Sorry I’m reworking my video. In the meantime check out our Apply for a video from James.

Jane Real Estate Background, Bio, and More

Jane Garvey came to the world of real estate investing armed with degrees from Cornell University and Northwestern University in industrial engineering and management sciences.

She dipped her toes into real estate investing in 1979 while she was teaching at the Loyola University of Chicago business school. She kept at it for five years and became so successful that she quit teaching in order to pursue real estate investing full-time.

Her focus is on rehabs and rentals.

Solving real estate problems is something Garvey enjoys, as well as helping other people. Out of these interests arose her involvement with the Chicago Real Estate Investors Association.

She is a group leader, educator, and legislative watchdog. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in landlording, rehabbing, financial analysis, deal structuring, and foreclosures.

Chicago Creative Investors Association CCIA

Enter: Chicago Creative Investors Association (CCIA) ccia-info.com, Jane has played a primary, key role in founding the Association which has grown to encompass 4,000 real estate investors. Her goal in setting up the CCIA was to encourage education and networking events for local investors.

Jane Garvey (previously serving on the Board of Directors) has also played a significant role in creating the National Real Estate Investors Association. As a board member of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Association (IRPOA), she offers her knowledge related to the Political Action Committee.  As an entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor she has written and taught on many aspects of real estate investing.

In one of her articles on scammers, I was impressed by her willingness to share helpful insight on how to protect yourself from fraudulent activities related to renting out a property.

In her article, she discussed how an individual grabbed the information from her rental listing and changed the price to arrange a con for individuals seeking a rental property in the area.

The con was to get them to send a deposit in exchange for access to the property which sadly would never come.

I highly recommend you give her article “rental scams” a read. In discovering such well rounded information available by Jane, I highly recommend you give her offering/articles and information a serious look.

You can get more information at: https://www.ccia-info.com/jane-garvey.html

Garvey has authored and co-authored a number of books and courses. Some that are notable are:

  • On Time & On Budget
  • Finders Keepers
  • Moving On
  • So . . . You Want to Go Full-time
  • Take a Millionaire to Lunch
  • Tenants from Outer Space
  • Real Estate #’s Game
  • Paper Money
  • 120 articles/submissions in the Creative Investment Advisor newsletter

For a more detailed list go to: https://www.ccia-info.com/jane-garvey.html

Numerous respected national publications have sought Garvey’s opinions on real estate investing issues. She has been quoted in the following publications (to name a few): the Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, The Los Angeles Times, Money Magazine, and CNN/Money.

Garvey has also participated in numerous radio shows where she has either been interviewed herself or has interviewed show participants.

I say hats off to to Garvey.

SUMMARY

She definitely is skilled and offers sound advice. I wish I would have listened to someone with her skill and acumen before I bet the farm (my farm) on REI. I don’t believe you can go wrong by listening to her wisdom.

Good luck.

-just tellin’ ya what I’m seeing out there folks.

And as far as the real estate investment world, Dr. Kern doesn’t really phase me….I’m out anyways.

Why?

James showed me a better way. I needed to stop chasing money and learn from a real-world mentor.

Although I suffered quite a financial blow in my real estate investing days (well…. I lost everything), I was glad to get a second chance with James.

The video below explains everything.

Watch the whole video and then check out the review I put together for you below.

(Mute everything out for the next 3min 2sec.)

Can you “Get Rich” with Robert Shemin: A Look at His Books, Background, and More

What’s Up guys? Today I’m doing a review on an individual who I am a bit neutral on, but I def have a some respect for.

Let’s call it Shemin Wealth

it’s a bit like…can you be Trump Rich?

That’s not to say that I’m going to drop everything and go read every publication he has especially in light of the fact that current info is a bit challenging to come by.  But I want us set up this review as respectful and acknowledge Robert Shemin for his accomplishments.

When I learned that he had a background with Goldman Sachs, I was pretty impressed. Why?

If you read my story then you would know that I ignored a book that I saw on a book store shelf while I was walking through an airport.  I picked it up, thumbed through it and said aaah, what does he know.

I believe if I would have heeded the words in that book, it would’ve saved me from a huge financial hit that would take me many years to recover from. It was written by a guy named Jon Talbott.

Feel free to look him up. At the time, I never suspected that years later I would end up hiring Jon to be a personal Financial advisor.

He too work for Goldman Sachs and was one of the smartest men I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with.

In the same vein, I decided to ditch my efforts in real estate investing (at least that’s my primary vehicle)

Why?<

Than Merrill’s Fortune Builders Mastery, A Look Behind the Curtain.

If you are here, you probably are researching Than Merrill and trying to figure out if Fortune Builder’s Mastery Seminars and Bootcamp are right for you.

I’m gonna look at all that, but first, let me tell you what just happened to me to put all of this into perspective.

Last Friday I was at Panera Bread with a couple of business owners, We were discussing taking their company to the next level using Internet marketing as the key mechanism to propel it to becoming extremely profitable. The best part is they hired me to show them how. (Thanks Kat) (I’ll explain later).

Funny thing happened though…It was almost like Panera had passed out the freaky-deaky peachy punch koolaid because as everyone discussed how wealthy they were going to be, it was as if a mushroom euphoric craze came over everyone involved. I’m probably exaggerating a little, but hang with me here, I have a point.

The point is emotional contagion.  What do I mean by that? What I mean is that we all have mirror neurons.
