A Look at Kris Krohn’s Strongbrook REIC Offering

Kris Krohn Real Estate MLM Review, kris krohn reviews

Kris Krohn, Strongbrook, and the MLM Twist in the Real Estate Investing (REIC) World.

Kris Krohn is one of those guys that makes it a pleasure to watch a real estate video. I hope this review helps you determine if their program is the best fit for you.

He’s comfortable in his own skin, comes across as authentic, and has energy that doesn’t seem manufactured.

Oh, and he talks about stuff that’s interesting, personal, and relevant and the videos are well done: good lighting, images in focus, steady cam.

A bunch of his vids are posted on YouTube, but the best place to find them is on his website:  reinvestortv.com. They are all there in one place in one drop-down menu, and on the next tab over you can subscribe to them. He produces one video every week.

So who is this clean-shaven, all-American-looking guy? >>AND<< can his program work for you?  I’m gonna get to that, but before I do… lemme ask ya a question. What’s gotcha looking into Kris to begin with?

Lemme scratch a bit deeper on this.

You are looking for a way out. A way out of the “Really… this is my life syndrome.”

>>I was there too. Only I spent a ton of money (all of it to be exact) and ended up broke pursuing my REI dreams. I ended up with a t-shirt that said Chapter 13. Sucks to admit, but whatever.

So listen when I say that the American dream is beautiful, but most talk about the exception to the rule NOT the RULE.

–No one ever talks about the guy that lost it all.  That’s me.

Seriously… I’ll be done with my slippery slope slang in a sec. but check this out. I ended up broke having owned a home to renting again thinking I would never be able to have my own home again.  But then I met someone who threw me a bit of life line and put me on track to do digital business. All went well and good, but the truth is I take myself everywhere I go and the same difficulties I had in running a profitable REI gig showed up for me in digital marketing.

->Want to know what made all the difference? What took me from losing to winning?

Lots of personal growth! I could get into all the people pleasing, looking good vices, but I’ll spare you the details. Let’s talk about what it is going to take for you to take charge of your life.

The way I see it, you can do REI, start your own business, an MLM or do internet marketing. All have the pluses and minuses. I’ve done them all.

Want to know what I’m up to on the daily now? Check out the recommended products section. There I go over the things that helped me the most… from earning money to taking back lost ground from the enemy between my ears.

No matter what, I commend you for taking charge of your life and wish you all the best

I dug deep on Kris Krohn so check it out below…

Mitch Stephen Review, mitch stephen my life and 1000 homes review, mitch stephen critique

Mitch Stephen Review Update! Sept. 2016: My Life & 1,000 Houses (The Art of Owner Financing) and 200+ Ways to Find Bargain Properties and 1,000 Houses.

Please feel free to run through my review below that I published previously. However, I just wanna give ya a  Sept. 2016 heads up that I spent nearly an hour on the phone with Mitch, who after reading the review below sent me copies of his latest books, and I wanted to give you a correction on something I said in the review below.

I previously said that Mitch was a much better negotiator than I could ever be. He disagreed. He told me he is a sucker for a sob story and hires the right people to be the go-between. I appreciated his candor.

The other thing that I can tell you about Mitch is that he is absolutely committed to his students and is very careful about mentoring the wrong person.

Once again, I’m impressed by his leadership and that he understands how to leverage strengths of others where he has deficits and is inclined to put the right people in place to shore up his weaknesses and play to his strengths. He also showed me a pretty cool system that he developed to blast out text messages to potential home buyers. You can see it at livecomm.com and it basically involves a tracking number that records and segregates callers and allows you to send out a massive text blast to people who have expressed an interest in a property you wanna sell/lease/rent etc.

mitch stephen reviews, 1000 houses, bargain properties

What’s up guys Paul, the real estate spy here, taking a hard look at Mitch Stephen.

–Quick question though…

when your alarm goes off on Monday mornings

  • are you looking forward to the day beginning?
  • How about the commute?
  • Even if you work from home for a company, what is it like for you when you walk into your home office?

Well…..for me…

I was MEGA-burned out.

After nearly 10 years with the same company, doing the same tasks day in and day out, I had lost my passion and my steam for what I was doing.

I am a bit ashamed to say that I was sticking around because the paychecks were consistent and I knew how to do my JOB.

The only problem? I was sacrificing my life and my health by remaining untrue to myself.

Since I left my job, I haven’t looked back once wishing that I hadn’t made the decision to quit. There were a few times I admit that I thought maybe I was stupid because my paychecks weren’t as consistent anymore. But, I knew for the most part that I made the right decision.

>>I was and am finally living true to myself.<<

Decisions…it’s all about decisions, right Roger?

-So if you’re trying to figure out whether you should throw some money towards the Mitch Stephen’s rabbit hole you are in the right place.

Are you getting swindled?

Brock Collins Review, real estate investing, brock collins real estate investor reviews

The Brock Collins Critique

Over the last couple of years Brock Collins has made an online effort to increase exposure for his seminar/webinar series and podcast.

As far as I can tell February 25 of 2013 was the start of his flipping houses live concept.

>>So, who is Brock Collins and what is he offering you?

It appears that he began his Real estate investing endeavors 15 years ago. Although he made a valiant attempt to learn from books and tapes, he found that it was not sufficient.

Although he was able to “most concepts verbatim he really did not understand real estate investing from a grassroots perspective because he didn’t have anyone that showed him the practical rather than just the theoretical limitation of his new skill.

As the story goes he was able to find a mentor named Ron who was able to give him much deeper insight and help him to understand more of the day to day operational challenges or running your own real estate investing business.

As Brock explains he had gotten hung up on the actual process and the fact that there are so many variables in real estate investing that he needed someone to coach him through each experience individually until he had enough know-how to go out on his own.

So what is he up to these days? Well, it appears that he has gotten into Internet marketing quite heavily. You’ll notice that he runs a YouTube channel called MICO formula videos and as far as I can tell two websites one is >>freedomrealestateinvesting.com and the other is >>flippinghouseslive.com.

In just a minute I will go into the in-depth on each side and what it is intended for.

But before I dive in, I want to mention

It’s tricky figuring out who you can trust in the REI world. If you are dead set on running the real estate gauntlet, I’d say that you are pretty safe with Nate.

I’ll let you be the judge.

Midwest Turn-key Wholesaler Real Estate Investor and Author

I watched a YouTube video of a half-hour interview with Nate Armstrong, and it was one of the better interviews I’ve seen.

Why?

Because

  1.  Andrey Sokurec, the interviewer, adopted a no-prior-knowledge position and asked all the basic questions that a new real-estate investor would want to ask, and
  2.  Armstrong answered the questions in a way a new real-estate investor would understand.

If used as a marketing tool to draw new investors and private lenders into business with Calhoun Ventures—Armstrong’s company with a suite of services—it would certainly be a success.

Together with his partners, Nate Armstrong operates Calhoun Ventures out of Minneapolis, MN.

It is primarily a turnkey wholesaling company that focuses on projects in Minneapolis, MN; Kansas City, MO; and Davenport, IA.

Calhoun Ventures also works with people who wish to be private lenders. Investors of this nature generally receive an average rate of return of 8%-14% over their six-month commitments.

We are gonna take a look at Calhoun Ventures, but first let me tell you about my experience in real estate investing.

I was suuuuuper excited about the prospect of owning 10 homes all generating a cash flow of $1,000 per month.

An Overview of the Pete Youngs’ Empire

The world of real estate holds a number of aspects, many of those lying hidden beneath the surface of buying and selling assets. Flipping homes and commercial properties has emerged as a favorite among individuals hoping to make a living in this sector. While many of the top names in the industry focus on teaching others how to find cheap listings and sell them for a profit, those internal elements often remain a mystery to their followers. This is where Pete Youngs steps in.

….BUT

even though I like his charisma, drive and determination, I say, “NO!”

…not gonna do it.

A Guru Overview of Dyches Boddiford, Veteran Real Estate Investor and Educator

Described by one commentator as “one of the most creative investors in the country,” Dyches Boddiford has been involved with real estate investing for over 35 years.

With an impressive academic background in physics, Boddiford (his unusual first name is pronounced like the Dutch dams) scored a job as an electrical engineer as his first career move, despite having no specific background in the field.

Even while enjoying that work, Boddiford discovered his true love a couple of years later, and the rest is history.

After getting his start with a couple of rental properties around 1980, he became a full-time investor a decade later, earning in his first year more than he had as a Vice President in the engineering industry.

Since then, Boddiford has become one of the most recognized and respected players of all in the field of real estate investing.

The first class he taught for the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GREIA) in 1992 launched him off in a productive new direction, while he remains even today an active, hands-on practitioner of the innovative but well-grounded strategies he teaches to others.

His site Assets101.com is a top destination for those interested in advanced real estate investing and associated topics, with a wide selection of Boddiford-penned courses and books to choose from.

Boddiford is also a frequent speaker at investment clubs, seminars, and even investment-oriented cruises and the like, delivering the kinds of actionable, informed, no-nonsense information that most benefits investors, while always doing so with a unique, creative flair.

But even with his overwhelmingly positive background and education, I say….

How’s it going?

Hey!…..What are you doing here?

…trying to figure out if Scott’s sultry seductive Vegas-style offering is worth its weight?  Amiright?

Is he offering you your “get out of jail” free card (for those Monopoly enthusiasts?) Gamble much?

I get it you are tired of going to the J-O-B or current station in life, and you are trying to improve your game.

-And you might be asking yourself a deep-seated question like,

“Is this all there is to life?”

I know that was the question I kept asking myself.  Seriously, follow me for a just a sec.

(and I promise I will tell you all about Scott Yancey and his super-sized sales process.)

I wrestled with that question.  My question went like this.

If someone would have pulled me aside when I was a kid and showed me a picture of what my life would become,

would I want to shoot myself?

-I always envisioned a much brighter future. The future in my head always involved fun, freedom and friends.

If I had to design my life back then, it wouldn’t have entailed the following life-sucks:

  • mortgages,
  • medical bills,
  • bankruptcy,
  • divorce,
  • alimony,
  • child-support,
  • and a boss that wanted more than I could give, but that is exactly what happened to me.

I turned in my youthful dreams of freedom and fun for a jail sentence of a sick sadistic rat-race life.  It was like running up a hill of rocky gravel, no matter how hard I ran the ground gave out beneath me.

I call it pinball perseverance.  You get bumped around and you just keep going with all the let-downs of life.

Now, if you are this far into reading this then you prob can relate.

…and I have a message for you.

I tried the real estate deal. Well, I more than tried. I bet the farm on it. I lost it all. So, I am here to tell you. I know what is at the end of that road for the average guy/gal.

The Truth About Wendy Patton’s Real Estate Investing Program

Ok…confession here.  When I was a kid (prob like most out there) I wanted to be a super hero. When I was 6, my grandma made me a batman cape, and that cape and I became inseparable.

I wore it everywhere. I even began to wear my underwear on the outside of my pants, which was an embarrassment to my family, but everybody humored me.

I was able to dig up an old photo: try not to laugh too hard. Only thing I am missing is my cape in this one.

Fast forward to my 41 year old self….you know what I’m doing tonight? Right now, as I drop a couple of lines about good ole Wendy Patton?

I am watching “The Flash” on Netflix.

I guess the super hero persists deep within my psyche, as I (the Real Estate Spy)…uh my alter ego, super hero self… exposes the bad guys and gives you some honest reviews and thoughts on real estate investing (while trying not to get sued) wink.

My story?

I got hammered in REI…lost it all, but luckily found James, who taught me how to run a less capital intense business and murder my 9-5.

This is my friend James. He’s the one who helped me wake up from the corporate cubicle nightmare I used to call life.

Jimmy Napier Real Estate Investing Offering Overview

< Sorry I’m reworking my video. In the meantime check out our Apply for a video from James.

What’s up guys, Paul the Real Estate Spy….here again with a thorough review on Jimmy Napier, his products, position and purpose. More importantly, is he the right guy for you.

First though I’ve gotta say there is a lot to be said for you…that you are here checking out this site.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit…That’s what my brotha’ from anotha’ motha’ Aristotle said.. wink.

so I’d tell you that success is totally within your reach if you have the gumption to stick to excellence.

So who am I and why am I putting pen to paper on Jimmy Napier?

First, I was a guy just like you…. dreaming of a six figure income (or at least a decent income) in real estate. My goal was to have 10 houses all paying me a net operating income of $1,000 per month. Do the math that’s $120,000 per year. Wouldn’t be bad for the son of an aviation engineer in Florida. It was my segue out of my life sucking job and into six figures of financial freedom and idolized independence.

I figured I wouldn’t have to report to anyone. Did it happen?

No, as fate would have it…the 2008 downturn in the market combined with an unhealthy dose of over-inflated over-zealous ego (you know… the “can’t fail” foolishness) sent me to the poor house, and when I say poor house, I mean living with relatives with my 3 kids all sleeping on mattresses on the floor and now ex-wife (another story, wink).

It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was the end of my world at the time.

Fast forward 7 years and enter a man named James.

James showed me that what I was missing was a good coach, a good strategy, and good laptop. That was literally all I needed. With that I have finally found my niche.

You can see more from James here.

I found a way to generate the money I wanted by providing local lead generation for small to mid-sized businesses right here in my back yard. It’s pretty cool, and I love it.

I don’t know about you.  I just wanted to be free like was I was when I was a teenager…you know, no care in the world. I didn’t want to have to be somewhere on time every day. I wanted to live, to breathe, to enjoy.  I wanted to work to live not the other way around.

Quite frankly careers and earning enough money so often got in the way of living, and loving my life, but now it’s different. My work doesn’t feel like work and my customers rave about me. I always wanted to be raved about. LOL
